How we use your details
Platts Maintenance is responsible for the information you provide. We use your name, contact details, experience and optional CV to respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in managing enquiries. With your separate, optional consent, we will keep these details and contact you about suitable future employment or subcontracting opportunities for up to 12 months from submission.
If you do not opt in, we will use your details only to respond to this enquiry and delete them within 30 days after it is resolved. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing info@plattsmaintenance.co.uk. Withdrawing consent will not affect earlier lawful processing.
Only people handling recruitment and the website/email providers supporting this service will have access as needed. We do not use these details for marketing or automated recruitment decisions. Please do not include identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive information in your CV.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We review and delete recruitment records, including email copies, when their retention period ends.
