Our Story
Over 30 Years of Property Maintenance Experience
Platts Maintenance has been keeping properties maintained since 1993, serving residential and commercial clients for over 30 years. The business was built on a simple idea: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly, and keep doing it. That approach has grown our client base from individual homeowners to landlords, property managers and businesses who need dependable grounds and cleaning services they don’t have to think twice about.
Today our team covers Surrey, Sutton, Croydon, South London and West Sussex, working on everything from a fortnightly garden visit to multi-site commercial grounds and cleaning contracts.
